Jon is our Client Services Manager with over seven years in the industry. Jon earned his degree with a double major in automotive design and management. Jon does exactly what his title describes; he manages the required services of our clients from start to finish. From the moment a prospective client inquires, Jon works with the client to understand exactly what the client sees as his finished project. Jon helps coordinate the transportation of the client’s vehicle. Once the vehicle arrives, Jon follows our check in procedure that includes noting everything about the vehicle and photos.
Following the estimate and authorization form the client to proceed, Jon continually updates the client on the progress of his vehicle with narration and photos.
Jon’s consistent management of the marketing, website and client services is an important ingredient to the overall success of Precision Restorations.
