By 1956 the coach built era was coming to a close. H. J. Mulliner as an independent company had only five years to go before it was absorbed by Rolls Royce. The style 7409 all-aluminum drophead pictured below was the last coach built convertible by H.J. Mulliner. Fourteen of these vehicles were built and this is one of five that were left hand drive.
This vehicle was refurbished by Larry Summers and was awarded first place at the AACA National Meet.
